3. Information we collect
We do not provide user accounts, public comments, newsletters, checkout flows, or contact forms on the Site.
We do not intentionally collect personal information directly through the Site.
If you choose to email us directly at [email protected], we will receive whatever information you include in that email, such as your email address, name, and message contents.
Like most websites, limited technical information may be processed automatically by infrastructure providers when you access the Site. That information may include:
- IP address;
- browser type and version;
- operating system and device information;
- request URL and referrer;
- timestamps; and
- security or performance-related request metadata.
4. How information is used
Any limited information processed in connection with the Site is used only to:
- deliver and secure the Site;
- maintain performance and reliability;
- prevent abuse and malicious traffic; and
- respond to emails you send directly to us.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for profiling or behavioral advertising.
5. Cloudflare
We use Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, caching, and security services. As a result, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address, request headers, URL paths, browser metadata, and security signals in order to serve, protect, and optimize the Site.
Cloudflare may also process limited log and network information in accordance with its own role as our infrastructure provider.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site is intended to operate without non-essential cookies. We do not intentionally use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.
Cloudflare or related infrastructure may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies when needed for security, traffic management, or site delivery.
Please see the Cookie Policy for more detail.
7. Legal bases for processing
If the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar laws apply, our legal bases for limited processing are:
- legitimate interests in operating, securing, and maintaining the Site; and
- your consent or request, where you choose to contact us directly by email.
8. Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Limited information may be processed by service providers only as needed to operate the Site or communicate with you, including hosting, DNS, CDN, security, and email providers.
We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, or if reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
9. International transfers
Because we use infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare, limited technical information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.
Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Data retention
We do not intentionally retain personal information from the Site beyond ordinary provider logs and records needed for security, operations, or responding to direct emails.
If you email us, we may retain your message for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, or protect legal interests.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To make a request, email [email protected].
12. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.
